Did the same for a 2012 Ninja in... 2012! The Givi paniers I had on the FZ6R are the same, just bought a new mount for the Ninja.

I had the Shogun no cut ones. They did a super job as the bike never went down :-D. Ok, maybe they did not have anything to do with it! Installation is pretty much straight forward. Yes, they look a bit industrial... No state of the art design here.

So far, I am limited to low range by the break-in. I can tell you that the power is as user friendly as the FZ6R. I dont feel that I am launched when I start from a stop as this machine is capable of gentle accelerations. But, it makes me go hum... When I realize that it can do so much at...

This model came out last year. It has standard ABS for 2012. Not a biggy but, it's nice to know it's there. Red seat? Hum... I guess the Givi luggage is far enough from the dual exhausts. I'll try to avois transporting ice cream in there! :-) I just need to install my GPS, gear indicator...

Thanks guys! I was "affraid" at first by the bigger engine but, it's pretty easy to control. Since the break-in period is pretty long 800km (I'll let you do the conversion in miles :-) ) under 4000RPM and another 800km under 6000RPM, I'll have enough time to get used to it without letting the...

And now, my new bike! :D :D I loved my FZ6R, a great quality and fun bike. This one, is just a tiny bit more bike :eek: ! The sound coming of that thing is amazing... It puts a :D on my face. And yes, those are the same Givi V35 I had on my FZ6R. Anyway, I just wanted to share this...

Also, if you need to move the bike, do not push on it, sit on it and push with your legs. I almost drop mine while pushing ot a few feet in my garage.

The previous picture was over exposed. Here's a few that are more accurate regarding the red tones. It makes my bike stand out of the crowd :D

The problem I have is to find a bracket that could do the trick. I would have to fabricate it but, I don't have the tools and know-how to do it. There are no solid mounting points on the front of the bike (or I didn't find any!). Joyeuses fêtes pour toi aussi mon ami!

I bought a PIAA Cross Country™ 2” H.I.D. lamp kit a year ago! I wanted to mount it inside the fairings just under the fake air intakes. There's a bracket there but, it was not strong enough for the lights. Everything was shaking, including the fairings! So, I am still breaking my head in...
