Without electrical current flowing through the object the powder will not stick at all. We powdercoat pieces all the time and built an oven to bake them

I installed a fz1 bar this weekend and love the way it feels! It should have come with this bar from the factory. I did have to rotate the risers forward for the bar controls to clear the gas tank. I also had to adjust the levers to clear the front fairing. It feels like a totally different bike now

Does it feel like the motor is dying for a split second then coming back to life when its bucKing? If so my previous bike did that... It was a malfunctioning kickstand saftey switch.

I always downshift through 2nd when slowing down.then pop her into 1st when I'm just about stopped. The power will be there if needed plus they sound so nice deccelerating via engine braking :D
