If you zoom in close on the pic MJS provides of their header, the TIG welds are ok at best. If you want something high quality(I do), this is disappointing to me.

My other money pits. The Si has the basic boltons. The Stang has a lot of boltons including a Kenne Bell.

I have a bike alarm but also use one of these: Motorcycle security: XX15 disc-lock alarm for motorcycles, scooters & ATVs I also have a second disc lock, and I have a 3/4" braided cable with built-lock run thru the frame to a stainless steel mount I fabricated mounted to the floor.

Having just come from a Suz*** parallel twin..there is no comparison to the Yami quad. It just feels like a refined machine. I do think the Kawi is a good looking bike though.

I run Mobil full syn. and change it once a year. I'll put a few thousand miles on it at the most per year. Time doesn't really matter unless your talking extended time in storage. I leave the same oil in it all winter. Before I start the bike in the spring I change it out.
