Update to my issue I had the starter wire on negative post of battery not the relay... I feel dumb but I figured it out I appreciate everyone when I seen the starter was good and wasn't reciving enough voltage there was the light bulb

I've replaced the relay I've replaced the battery and checked continuity in with wire harness I am now believing its the ecu

11yrs later any luck?

Hey thank you for the reply. I'm about to go change my battery I think it has something to do with it my volt meter reading 12.4v right so I went to go take it the shop to get a stress test and they told me I need to charge the battery first... so I think I might of found the issue

Heh everyone I'm new to bikes and just passed my msf anyways I got a bike now and well I noticed when I hit a hole or a bump I hear a slight thud noise it sounds like it's from the fork area. How do I check the fluid? Also what tools should I get besides a stand and sockets?
