rear spool stand - FYI

Just an FYI

This add states its a rear spool lift (I have bought the T-rex spools), and I got a swing arm stand in the mail. I will have pictures tonight. What I got did not match the pictures on the listing.

They have emailed me back, but said what they sent is the only thing they stock.

Still working with them, and I will update this later when and if it gets resolved.

There wasn't by chance additional adapters in the box to change from swingarm to spools was there? It doesn't mention it in the listing but I've seen that before.

Any thoughts on how these stands stack up against each other? Venom vs MotorcyclePartsCustom vs TRex.

I know even with TRex's monthly 15% off their stand combo would be $75 more shipped than the two others.

Judging by how it was packaged, there could have been a hardware box missing, but the only extra parts I had were the triple tree pins.
 
Wow. I went to harbor freight tools and bought a stand that cuffs the swing arms. Works good with every bike, only cost me 25 bucks.
 
You like the harbor freight stand? I'm thinking about picking one up for the time being until I can get a better one.

Mannnnnnnnn it's great. It lifts my bike with out spool adaptors and other bikes with ease. I've only had it for three weeks and I've been got paid to use the stand and do small jobs for others bike. The first customer/friend have me 40 buck. Heck that paid for the stand and then some. It's amazing, great price.

I have to of the Harbor freight stands, on eat home and one at my friends shop 3 hrs from me.

I hate it...I can never get it straight, it slides on the stand at times.. plus i wanted a stand to lift the front. I will probably end up selling one of my swing arm stands.
 
Leem00, have you tried raising the triple tree? Do you know what size pin fit? Thinking about picking the same set of stands you have.

Not yet...I was supposed to do it this week end, however those plans have changed...I will work on the bike the weekend of the 23rd.

I might be interested in one of them.As long as it will get my rear wheel off lol.
I'm in no hurry to use them tho, just shoot me a pm with more info after youve thought about it

I'm looking at the Venom stand set on Amazon, for $10 more I can get a package with spiked spools that would match my Keiti windscreen screws nicely

I am not sure those would work. those look like the thread onto a bolt...my sppools the bolt threads through them into the housing. I will show you sunday.

then venom stand should work with my spools

I have the venom rear stand and t-rex spools and they do work well together.
