Fz6r purring noise

I don’t know if this is normal but on my 2013 fz6r 13k miles I hear a purring noise when after I rev it up so when I let off the throttle it sounds like a little pur as it goes down In Rpms is this normal or serious !? Thank you guys

Is it a slow sustained noise that modulates with the revs or is it just a little burst of noise? Could this be a pipe leak or a water pump issue?

It’s a little burst of noise sounds like metal on metal right after I let off the throttle I will post a video

Ive had a listen, honestly just sounds like exhaust burble. Sounds healthy, sounds pretty normal, mine sounds the same …

No worries, thanks for posting a video… alot of people (myself included) would have continued to try and explain the noise which would have gotten us no were.

Sounds like the timing chain , the tensioner tightens with the increase in revs/oil pressure and then slackens as the revs/oil pressure drops .
