Bike wont blip throttle/bad throttle response when cold-ish

Until the Temp of the bike reaches at least 75C(167F) the throttle response is awful and I'm pretty much unable to blip the throttle on downshifts since revs bog down after 3k RPM
Do you guys have the same behaviour on your bikes?
