... surprised she dident get off free with an insanity plea, some times i wonder about our justice system... my mom and little brother were killed back in 04 and the guy got off ( after appealing) after he fled the scene, and said "after 32 years in the marines i wasnt about to let some punk kid pass me" i feel like so many people get off so easily but if its you or someone you know... u get the shaft!:thumbdown:

no what im more angry about is how my step dad didnt peruse him... he kinda got it over with and just let it go :/ IMO if someone said something like that and had just killed my wife of 12 years and my 4 year old son... id be making sure they saw nothing but bars the rest of the life military or not...innocent lives deserve there freedom and liberty and justice.but i know in my heart there in a better place, id say i know the man has to live with it his whole life, but hes a marine... they are trained to kill with no regrets.. :/
