Saw in the vid that you got your bike from Bert's Mega Mall in Covina. Where you located? I'm located in Garden Grove.

If you didn't do it outside of the vid, I'd suggest getting a little heat shrink around the connectors so no moisture gets in there and some electrical tape

I don't know if i'm the only one, but i kind like the factory turn signals. makes the bike look wider.

Added flasher relay video. Yeah, super easy to install. But I didn't know where it was when I started. Also shows how the back blinkers look with and without the flasher relay.

Looks like the proton flushmounts come with 4 wires and the customLED connector you connected to has 3 wires. I did read your colour chart you posted on youtube and it reads that the white wire on the proton connects to the yellow/orange wire on the customLED connector. Now does that mean it connect to both the yellow and orange wire or one or the other or can i connect to either one and it doesn't matter?

ah nevermind, it does matter depending on what blinking effect you want on the proton. Instructions are here:

One question... everyone swears by these protons but they are over 4X the price of others on ebay... found some for $16. why pay $80. am I missing something?

Hey JT-FZ6R-2012. They do seem way overpriced to me. If you like how the ones on ebay look, I'd say go for those.

Everyone on here said they were good.

Don't get me wrong, they do look pretty good. But I bet the ebay ones will look nearly as good (just maybe without the flashing options?).

Just tried to install the same ones. Only 2 wire, but tested, looked fine. Plugged them in and now I don't have any flashers or brake lights, even with the bike running. Do we have a fuse box somewhere??? Help????

Nevermind, blew a 15 under the seat. Gotta take the cage out for a fuse now

Lmfao same thing happened to me. Blew the blue 15. There are spare fuses in the fuse box.
