Is this the OEM battery?

How often should battery be replaced? I have a 2013 bike, bought used two years ago, and haven't had any starting issues to date. Battery never on a tender/trickle charger, even during winter. Bike always starts on first attempt. Not sure how old this battery is. Should a battery be replaced proactively after certain number of years or miles?

I have a 2009 left over I bought new in 2011. Still running the original battery. Some advise replacing the battery on a time basis, typically 5 to 7 years depending on the manufacturer. Yuasa (our OEM battery) says 3-5 years on average, 6-8 if properly maintained. I personally keep it charged on a tender during the winter and use a multimeter to check it's charged voltage at each oil change. If lights are dim and starts are hard, it's a good sign you're due. Also, if at full charge, it doesn't hold 12.4 volts or more 30 minutes after being removed from a charger, it's on its way out.
