also, for those of you that have these, is the size and threading for the caps the same as the stock stems? I have a pair of aftermarket valve caps and want to make sure I can still use them with these new stems, or do I have to use the caps that come with them? thanks.

yes...
mine are still... crap, somewhere around here, I got them right after I got new tires, was going to put them on when I got a new set... and that's been a while

unlike stock/regular stems, these have a backing nut to keep them in place. But yes, remove old tire, remove existing stem, pop these into place and put on your tires
