Hi guys I have a 2009 FZ6R that got itself cutoff by a retard. Insurance is wanting to total it, and I’ve agreed to a reduced settlement to keep and fix. The triple trees seem ok, and the shop verified the frame is good. Are there any known R6 fork swaps with part numbers etc? Otherwise will rebuild with OEM and Amazon fork tubes…

Look up the channel RideThe6 on YouTube. He does a series on a full R6 fork and triple swap.

I found a kit that lowers the front 2”, however after putting everything back together, when I hold the front brake and push down on the front, I feel a Clicking/light clunk. Seems to ride fine, the kit had me install upper spacers that I suspect are the noise. Recommendations?

Sounds to me like bad steering stem bearings or it might just be your brake pads shifting backwards and forwards in your calipers as the wheel tries to spin. The fact that you are "feeling" a clunk/click and not hearing it makes me think bearings though....

Oh I just noticed that you did an R6 fork swap so if you had the triples out or replaced them, it may just be that you need to tighten the steering stem nut a bit more to take the play out of the bearings
