Looking to fabricate some frame sliders. My brother has a metal/machine lathe and has made many frame sliders for his bikes and many others. Especially for super moto. We want to fab some up for my FZ6R...
We Get a kick outta trying to make our own stuff...keeps us out of trouble when raining. He has Delrim and lathes it and the alum perfect...he gettings pretty good.
Can anyone tell me the diameter that their set is and what the Lengths are?
Im curios to see the mounting bracket and it they are really strong enough or if I should go straight and cut the left Fairing. I saw the previous post with pics but dont have a good idea of the left side "bracket" and what it looks like..even a scanned pic from the instructions would be cool...
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Gonna start em tomorrow night. Im going to "ATTEMPT: my own FE kit too using stock tail lights...that will be a feat im sure. But....I get a kick outta that stuff......
