When I get my steed up to 15mph and over theres a distinct noise from the front, I think/hope this is just air rushing through the cooler fins-has anyone else noticed this ?

Nope, its not the chain, the only time I've heard a sound like it is from an induction kit, its like a throaty sucking sound ?

Almost a buzzing or rattling noise?
If so, I've noticed it, as well. It normally goes away once you reach about 25mpg. I've denoted it to the plastic buzzing in the front. However, if you find differently, let me know. ;]

That may be causing the noise or contributing to it, I just put it down to air rushing through the aluminium fins in the cooler, it doesn't bother me much now, think my ear is accustomed to it -
