Anyone know how to embed YouTube/pictures into a posting?

Does anyone know how to embed YouTube videos or pictures into a thread on this forum?

I've literally spent hours trying/searching for the answer and came up blank. The typical ([ /IMG]) and [youtube] ([ /youtube] don't work.

I will give many thanks for any help!

I found this thread, but I tried the suggestion every way I can think of and nothing worked.

Test 1. Removed s from https used "ame" /ame

Test 2 url and /url, remove s from https....

Used this: "url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEI2SX-S1SI[/url"

Add start and end brackets....
