4th of July ride

anybody thinking about doing a run tomorrow morning?? not sure where to yet, but i definitely wanna go

Rained here last night but I can't ride until foot is healed. Got another drs appt Monday to see a orthopedic. I may be down for the season, I hope not....

ended up goin to lake cuyamaca for a few. they almost shut the road on me coming back through julian because of the parade

No ride today, but I will be able to tomorrow. I am alone with my little one today and he can't ride yet. I'll be riding to work tomorrow though. Should be a nice easy ride - no traffic.

ouch... hung out at the track, did the parade lap at lunch, went to leave and it poured... chilled for a bit, left, and had to outrun the one and only raincloud in the sky!!!
back to the ouch.... sun burned in three hours.... ouch!!! my arms and neck are very warm

The 4th was good for us

Wx was beautiful here yesterday. Woke up and put paint stripping gel on the back garage door, then suited up and went for a SMALL ride. I was going to the next town over to just pick up a can of paint, dog tie out run and some chips for yesterday. Well, I managed to turn the 14 mile round trip run into a 60 mile ride by taking the more interesting and LONG about ways. It was nice enjoying the bike again for this kind of ride, even though errands were involved, rather than for all the commuting I have been doing lately.

OUCH!!! I hate when that happens, especially when it doesnt look very sunny out so you do yard work then burn because didnt think needed sun screen. If you dont have it, hit up target or walmart for some aloe vera gel. Works wonderfully.
