Need Help Can i de restrict by modification?

I used an angle grinder. It's super easy. It's just the measurement might take a couple of tries. It's easy enough that I could not justify spending any money on buying a specific plate. If I recall correctly the limiter restricts the throttle to only 22 degrees instead of the standard 90

What is your bike sound like at startup?

I used to have this too. I put it down to the cold. It usually went away when it warmed up. Not sure if we are talking about the same thing though. If I recall correctly there is something about this in the manual. It suggests It might be the petrol. It then suggests the solution is to use a...

The first thing I did was take off the 'FZ6R' stickers!

I am in Australia. I went and bought Arashi. I will give them a try because they are cheap and have good reviews.

    Aftermarket mirrors

Sorry about my late reply. Those mirrors look perfect! I will buy them now! Thanks :) Do you know which year they are? I want the same so there is no guess work. They look like 2013-2015. https://www.ebay.com.au/p/701200009

    Aftermarket mirrors

Sorry about my late reply. I do a lot of lane filtering so I think these will just annoy me!

    Aftermarket mirrors

I believe you when you say the stock mirrors are good. It's just I think they look ugly. I don't want them on my bike. My bike is second hand and came with the ninja mirrors already on. But he gave me the stock mirrors too. I stupidly threw them in the bin when I moved house.

    Aftermarket mirrors

Cool! I was actually thinking of Ninja 650R mirrors. I don't suppose you have any photos? Especially interested in how you mounted them.

    Brake rotors

Hi! I am due for some new front brake rotors. I cannot find any OEM rotors so I will have to go aftermarket. Surprisingly I cannot seem to find any I like. Could I use rotors from a FZ6 or other bike? Are they compatible? Thanks!

    Flush mount indicators?

In my defence I was kinda misbehaving so I probably deserved it! I wouldn't worry too much about it. I don't think they care about bike mods. But I changed my indicators to oxfords. They look better (in my opinion) and are very bright...

    Aftermarket mirrors

Hi! I am looking to put some new mirrors on my Fz6r. I am looking for something wide that would be ideal for highway use. I am currently using mirrors from a Ninja 250. They are narrow and these are good for the city because of the clearance when filtering but useless on the open road. Trucks...

    Flush mount indicators?

I had flush indicators and I got pulled over by the police in Newcastle (Australia) and my bike got defected. They said they are not legal because they don't indicate well. Also my integrated rear light too.

    Clicking noise and no start

Thanks guys, I took my bike to the garage and they did a diagnostic. They found the problem was the starter motor. Luckily it was only the bushings and not the motor assembly itself that needed changing.

    Clicking noise and no start

Hi! My bike is not starting properly. I took a video for anyone to look at. Basically when I try to start the engine it doesn't start but instead I hear a clicking noise. If I wait 10 minutes or so it usually starts. I traced the clicking noise to a black box under my pillion seat but I am not...

    Accidently sanded off fairings clearcoat.

Hi, Today i decided to get rid of some shallow scratches on my fairings. I used 1200 sandpaper soaked in warm soapy water. I carefully rubbed the scratches out making sure not to sand off the clear coat and mission accomplished! Apart from a couple of deep chips all of the scratches are gone...
