+1 go to the shop. they are floating but they are not really (floating). If they are moving around like that you have a problem.

I had an r194 bulb socket from a long time ago so I drilled out and sanded until it fit tight then put an led 194 bulb in blue. then wired it with the strip leds on the toggle switch.

I actually taped off the textured part of the windscreen that the screws go through then I put 3 coats of black rattle can krylon and 3 coats of white krylon over it.I also taped off the rounded edge to keep it clear. I will take another pic and upload in a few.
