I like Engine Ice too. Just put it in and don't worry about mixing anything. It's a bit expensive, but easy to use.

If you look on eBay, you might be able to find a good price. I was able to find an unused hard copy shop manual on eBay for $20.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my new Bell RS1 is. I was switching from an older HJC CL-16 and was planning to start wearing ear plugs, but with this helmet, I don't get the booming wind noise like on my old helmet.

I use Engine Ice, and definitely notice lower temps on average. The highest I've seen it go is 214 degrees idling for long periods of time in traffic on an 85 degree day. And even then it starts dropping as soon as the fan kicks on. Most of the time it's around 180-185 degrees or lower...

Watching the video, it looks like the bolts of the sprocket are hitting the arm of the stand. Try moving the stand farther toward the front of the motorcycle. I don't think you actually have a problem at all, and it's just the noise of the bolts hitting the rear stand.

I'd rather be dorky and alive than cool and dead. Seriously, though, do what is best for your safety. Personally, I wear a hi-viz jacket, which is bright but stylish, IMO. And I'm planning to get a hi-viz helmet soon as well (one with graphics).

Anybody have any experience with the Scorpion EXO T1200? I was just about to grab an EXO 1100 on sale, and then I discovered that Scorpion now has the T1200 which fixes many of the "nits" on the EXO 1100. Experiences, opinions?
