It's a cool concept, but overall the bike looks unfinished. It would be cool though if yamaha made a supersport with this motor in it. Maybe something to compete with the ducati 848 evo
Congrats on the new bike. I could never switch from the smooth idle of a inline four to that obnoxious vibration of a v-twin, not to mention the loss of any decent gas mileage, but to each their own. Keep the rubber side down.
The crappy part about getting ethanol free gas for me is the closest ones are about a mile away, but are in a marina, so the cost is about $4.90 a gallon -_-
Insurance quotes are a bit ridiculous on the fz6r. I was paying $108 a month on my fz6r, when I got quoted on a new z1000, it was $109 a month. Makes sense right? Lol

That's what I wear now, its great so far in the heat as long as you take the liner out of it. I've ridden when its 80+ out with no issues.
Since basically nobody has answered your question here I'll put in my 2 cents. Really it all depends on what you would like to spend, I own a pair of Bose SEI2I ($150) and love them. They have 3 different ear pieces to choose from that are designed for the actual outer shape of your ear rather...
Welcome to kawaski my friend, you'll love the bike. Might want to add a steering damper to it, I don't know why kawasaki decided not to put on on the 13's and up. Anyways enjoy it and ride safe!!
I'd personally choose a zx6r over any of those bikes. I'm a bit biased I know lol. There's a reason it was 600 class bike of the year. But if I had to choose between the r6 or the cbr, I'd choose the cbr hands down. Ergos are great, they hold value a lot longer, that motor is stupid reliable.
This is the route I went: 2009 2010 2011 FZ6R FZ 6R Black Fender Eliminator | eBay
I've used that guy for my yamaha and my current ninja. Both really solid products. He also offers packages that include a plate light and aftermarket signals.
