$360 sounds a bit rich. I think I paid $180 AUD for my first service.

What did you do to your bike today?

Track Day On Tuesday I stripped by bike (removed mirrors, grab handles and rear fender) and took it to Queensland raceway. This was my (and my bike's) first track day. I spent the day going around the track with a hole lot of more powerful bikes. My baby performed really well. On the long...

Break In Complete - RPM to the RED?

Frustration over Congratulations on making it past the frustrating part of buying a new bike.....Time to let it rip.... ur bike will appreciate it. You can take it to the red line without any probs at all. There is a limiter on it that kicks in just over 12000 rpm so that will stop you over...

What did you do to your bike today?

Day in the hills I took my baby for a group ride with Brisbane Riders Club. Out on the road for about 5 hours with about 15 guys. She performed really well around the bends but was left behind a bit on the straights by some of the bigger bikes (Dukes, 1000's, Busa's)

What did you do to your bike today?

I took the left side faring off so I could see how easy it is to de-restrict and then after putting it back together I took it for about a 2.5 hr ride to Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious...... Didn't push to hard today - fair bit of traffic.......Always fun in the mountains

Instructions on how to Derestrict your FZ6R (10 Steps )

That not quite right......Even the restricted bikes will rev out to the red line, just much slower then they would if you could open the throttle up all the way.....I have had my restricted '13 FZ6r up to 160 km/h in 4th but it took way to long to get there. It was sitting on about 11000 RPM.......
