u will have to cut the factory plug off. but please use the bullet connectors but get the weather proof ones. they have little rubber covers on them. that way if for any reason in the future you can just pull the connectors apart to replace lights or for any reason with out having to cut yet...
Only thing I can think of would be some new foot pegs and mayve some dress up brake lines and maybe some new grips. I like the gel grips but be prepared to change them out regularly. My gas one is starting to look a little rough from wear after about a year
The protons also have the (fade) blink option. That wasone of the first things I put on mine with the strobe setup and there deffinatly an attention getter. Ive had many others ask me about them and were to get them
so did the ride every take place? i know it was like a year ago but has anyone thought of putting one together. im in the baton rouge area. we usually take a quick ride on hwy16 to 22 in springfield. its a nice twisty road but have to watch the speed. its a short ride but very fun.

for lowering the front bars someone told me that you could just loosen everything up and flip em. im not sure how that would work with clearance and such but you wouldnt have to buy any parts. anyone try this out yet?
check autozone or advanced auto for led lights. there cheap and look great with the correct placement. i put some on mine right under the fairing edge for an underglow look in red. cost me about 25 bucks and there really bright and light up good at night. they have many diffrent styles to choose...
anyone had any issues with the color fading from the sun? i got some a while back (dont remember exactly what brand) but the black has now faded to a kinda goldish chrome looking color on top and still black underneath.
just a couple questions. with this airbox mod being done whats the solution to the power commander? do you need to have it or not. i have read in a couple places that the bikes run a little on the lean side anyway and if you do this it makes it run leaner. which will burn the valves. so for...
