Oil on rear tire. Scrap?

I wanted to get some feedback from you guys as to whether I should change and scrap my rear tire. Basically what happened to me is my chain popped off while I was riding (yep should have tightened it before I went riding) and did some damage to my bike which included puncturing the oil filter which cause all the oil to come out while I was riding. I managed not to crash which I still can't believe since it felt like I was riding on ice once the rear tire got coated. I tried cleaning it a bit with alcohol and rags but it still seems to have a slight film on it. It's a fairly new Dunlop Q2 and I didn't want to throw it away, but if you guys think it will be a safety issue then I guess I have no choice. Any thoughts on whether there is something that I can use to clean it or if it will be ok to ride on provided I take it super easy for like 50 miles or so like if I have a new tire. Thanks in advance

Rub some crushed up kitty litter on it? ;) I would just take it easy for a few miles as if it was a brand new tire.

Thanks a lot guys. I think I am gonna get me some simple green uncut and scrub the tire with that and some scotch brite pads. Then maybe hit it up with some more alcohol after I rinse it. I plan on taking the wheel off since I am gonna need to change my chain and sprockets. Thanks again for the input.

Wow, that sounds like a close call, I'm glad you are ok.
Thanks. Yeah it was definitely a pucker moment. lol. I'm guessing that besides just pure luck, I think having rode dirt bikes for many years may have helped me out since I didn't go into panic mode when the rear started to slide out on me. Riding dirt helps you get used to the feeling of sometimes riding with no traction.
