    I'm curious why fz6r is so heavy? when ninja 650 is only 170-180kg?
    mine is 2009. Are next versions 210 kg too?

    Inline twin vs inline 4 =extra bits in the engine, longer shafts, wider motor
    Steel frame etc etc

    Your info is incorrect. The Ninja 650 is every bit as heavy as the 6R...however, this year the Ninja dropped a significant amount of weight, coming in at around 190 kg.

    Hey Perdurable. How well did that ballistic battery hold up? Still alive? Im just wondering which is the better option ballistic or antigravity. I've used Braille for my race boat in the past but their ungodly expensive and you gotta make sure u maintain them. Otherwise you can easily waste a ton of money. May have happened once or twice...

    This topic interests me the most.... That beshlugiduh frame! I wonder how much it would cost to bend a lighter alloy one... like you would find... on any... other bike
    Also, I hear carbon fiber tanks can be worth the money for street since they don't break on potholes like CF rims or frames.
    The battery is also a big one that's already been mentioned.
    Other than that, just the standard stuff like exhaust... that frame tho, that's where the weight is, and it's top heavy weight, too.

    Is it expensive? sure, but it's what I enjoy doing.
