What torque specs are you guys using on the woodcrafts?
Also do the forks need to sit flush on top with the clip ons?
I raised both my forks to 1.5 inches and the forks are not sitting flush by a little.

Had to raise mine 1.75 inches so they would sit flush. Remember to relocate your horn or it will bottom out constantly. I don't think I torqued mine, tight is tight. I'm sure there's a spec, but I just made sure they were tight and rechecked multiple times, have had the clipons for around 4 years.

I've heard of several people claiming to have issues with the brake lever hitting the fairing by the windscreen. Mine clears (barely) but my clutch lever has to be pulled in to clear. Not a big deal. Minor inconvenience for what you're getting

I had a slight issue with my throttle cable staying tight when at full lock to the left. I bent out the "cable keeper" under the triple and it freed up the cable to move and not bind. If I tighten the free play too much, it still binds, so I'm watching it. Other than that, my brakes and clutch fully clear the fairing, BUT they are not at the ideal angle for my wrists/ arms. Gotta pay to play I guess.
